These would be 5 star jeans except they’re made in China, not LA like the other jeans. They cost the same as the other jeans and since there was so much promotion about the new made in LA denim collection, I assumed these were made there as well. ns. I’d been looking for a wide leg style like this in white denim for awhile. The fit is so good, not tight or baggy, perfect amount of ease. No fading or distressing which makes them great to wear to work. The length is perfect, you can wear them with flat shoes without them dragging. True to size. I see that two new washes in this Alek style just came out and those are made in LA. Not sure why this one particular white wash is made somewhere else. Hoping an LA-made white or off white pair are released at some point. I’m very picky with my denim and really need it to be made in the USA.
