Price Adjustments
We will honor a one-time price adjustment on full price merchandise within 7 days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. The difference will be offered as online store credit only. Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase when request is made.

Orders typically ship out between 1-2 business days. Orders with expedited shipping that are placed after 10am EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day. Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

International Shipping
How will my order be shipped?
We offer free shipping.
For most countries taxes and duties are able to be pre-paid at checkout or are already included in the product price.
So, you can simply place your order, sit back, relax, and leave the rest to us.
When Will My Order Be Delivered?
We ship worldwide using DHL Express. (Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.)
Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days and once it's shipped, we'll send over an email confirmation.
International DHL Express Shipping takes between 3-7 business days based on average.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
What Is the Return & Exchange Policy?
Unfortunately, at this moment, we're unable to accept returns on international orders (We're working on it though!), so all sales are final.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to the order, including changing the shipping address.
U.S. Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns on all U.S. orders for full price merchandise for a fee of $9.00. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned within 21 days from date of items delivered.
Sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges cannot be processed for orders delivered to Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories. All international orders are final sale. All items must be returned in original packaging with tags still intact. Items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
To start a return or exchange, visit returns.alexmill.com and enter your email. You will be prompted to either 1) exchange your item for a new size or 2) set up a return. If you choose to set up a return, then you will be emailed a temporary “Instant Credit” voucher that you can put towards a new purchase right away.
Our mission is to offer you exceptional design and superb quality at fair prices. We’ll never compromise on that. As the costs of shipping and warehousing rise, we are determined to maintain our fair pricing and the quality of our clothes. To do that, we charge a $9 return fee, which helps cover the cost of shipping your return back and the restocking process at our warehouse. This fee is waived for exchanges.
Alternatively, you may also exchange and return items purchased online in store at 77 Mercer Street or 1182 Madison Ave.
International Returns
Unfortunately, at this moment, we're unable to accept returns on international orders (We're working on it though!), so all sales are final.
Discounts and Promotions
You can add a discount code after you’ve started the checkout process. Enter the code at checkout and your total will reflect the new amount.
Our website allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order or pass it along to a friend.
Discount codes are only applicable to "discountable" items. Exclusions include gift cards, gift wrap, third party merchandise, and other items.
Alex Mill gift wrap is available for purchase for $6 for all online orders. Orders with gift wrap will be wrapped in Alex Mill tissue paper and packaged inside a unique Alex Mill laundry bag. The laundry bags are made from leftover fabric from other Alex Mill clothing items. The prints on the laundry bags will vary and cannot be changed.
Gift wrap is not eligible for discount, return, exchange or reimbursement.
Stock
We make every effort to maintain our inventory levels as accurately as possible. However, we may run out of stock on popular items. In the rare case that an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and make the necessary changes to your order total. If the item you want is sold out, please write to us at help@alexmill.com. There’s a chance we may get the product you’re interested back in stock and we’ll do all we can to get it to you.
Product Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
We manufacture the majority of our product in China across 7 factories. We also make some t-shirts and denim in LA, scarves in Italy and India, and special items in NYC. We have close relationships with our partners and have been working with most of them since Alex Mill started back in 2012.
